Venn Partners will only solicit and collect personal information which is reasonably necessary for us to:

Venn Partners will respond to those requests within a reasonable period in accordance with our obligations under the Act.  If we refuse a request to access or update personal information, where reasonable, we will provide our reasons for doing so and information about your ability to complain about such refusal.
